Full-grain leather is the highest quality of leather available. It uses the outermost layer of the hide, retaining the natural grain. Unlike corrected-grain leather, nothing is sanded away — making it the most durable leather you can buy. It develops a rich patina over time that reflects your daily use.

Vegetable tanning is a natural process using organic plant materials like tree bark. It produces firmer leather that ages beautifully and develops a unique patina. Unlike chrome-tanned leather, veg-tan becomes more personal over time — no two pieces look the same after years of use.

Patina begins forming within the first few weeks of regular use. After 6–12 months of daily carry, the leather develops rich, distinctive character unique to how you use it. Exposure to sunlight, natural oils from your hands, and daily friction all contribute.

Wipe dust off with a dry cloth. If it gets wet, let it air-dry naturally away from heat. Every few months, apply a small amount of natural beeswax or leather conditioner to keep it supple. Avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged direct sun exposure.

Each handcrafted item is made to order in our Istanbul workshop. Production takes 1–3 business days. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our US fulfillment center.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Orders over $250 qualify for free worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery to the US is 6–10 business days after production. International delivery times vary by destination.

Ready-to-ship orders: These items ship directly from our US warehouse. US customers pay no import duties — only applicable state sales tax at checkout.

Made-to-order & personalized orders: These are handcrafted in our Istanbul workshop and shipped internationally. For US customers, the de minimis threshold is $800 — orders below this amount clear customs duty-free. Orders above $800 may be subject to import duties at the applicable rate. Customers outside the US should check their local import regulations before ordering.

Yes. We offer both hot stamp and laser engraving on most handcrafted items — up to 5 characters (initials, a short name, or number). Personalization options are available directly on the product page. Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Yes — on select wallet models you can choose from a range of thread colors including Cognac, Burgundy, Midnight, Forest and more. Options are available directly on the product page.

We offer a 30-day return window on non-personalized items in original, unused condition. To start a return, visit your order page and select Request return.

Items with any personalization — including laser engraving, hot stamp, or custom thread color — are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects — faulty stitching, broken hardware, or structural failure under normal use. It does not cover normal wear, patina development, accidental damage, or misuse.
