How long does production take for handcrafted orders?

Handcrafted-to-order items are made in our Istanbul workshop within 3–5 business days before shipping. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Can I request a custom engraving or personalization?

Yes. We offer laser engraving on most of our leather goods. You can add engraving directly on the product page, or contact us for a custom artwork setup.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders to the United States typically arrive within 7–12 business days after production. Customers in Türkiye pay no additional customs fees.

What is your return or exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in original condition. Personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect. All items come with our lifetime warranty.
