Welcome to Toprank Leather. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Toprank Leather (operated by AYDINER TRADING LLC). These Terms of Service ("Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when using our store and website. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our services.

2. Our Products

We have made every effort to accurately represent our products. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen and device settings. We do not warrant that product descriptions or images will exactly match the physical item you receive.

All product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at any time.

3. Lifetime Warranty

All Toprank Leather products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects — including faulty stitching, broken hardware, or structural failure under normal use.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and patina development, accidental damage, or misuse. To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@toprankleather.com with a photo of the issue.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is not confirmed until we send an order confirmation. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once a made-to-order or personalized item enters production, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests. For ready-to-ship items, contact us immediately at info@toprankleather.com to request a cancellation before shipment.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Prices and Billing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of your order, as shown in your order confirmation. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or applicable customs or import charges unless otherwise stated.

You represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. All applicable taxes will be added at checkout where required by law.

6. Shipping and Delivery

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is transferred to the carrier. For full shipping details, please see our Shipping Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our store — including text, images, graphics, product photography, trademarks, and the Toprank Leather brand — is owned by Toprank Leather or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. The Toprank Leather name, logo, and product names are registered trademarks (US Serial Number: 98223004) and may not be used without permission.

9. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify. All sales and purchases are made directly with Toprank Leather. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the transactions between you and Toprank Leather, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your purchases with us.

All personal information we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. As our store is hosted by Shopify, certain data is also subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy.

11. Reviews and Feedback

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
