Ready to Ship orders

These pieces are in stock at our US warehouse and leave within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes about 3 business days.

  • Shipping is $6.99 for one item. Ordering more than one? A lower per-item rate applies automatically at checkout.
  • Free shipping on US orders over $75.
  • No customs fees: these orders ship within the US.

Made to Order

Each piece is cut and stitched by hand in Istanbul after you order. Production takes 1–3 business days. We then ship it door to door with the fastest suitable express courier for your address. Delivery time depends on your country; your cart shows the estimate for your country before you check out.

  • The shipping rate depends on your country and is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Free shipping on US orders over $250. This offer applies to US addresses only.

Duties & taxes

Made to Order pieces ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Any import duties or taxes are settled when your order ships, so you won't face a surprise charge at your door.

  • If duties or taxes apply to your country, they are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Nothing extra is collected by the courier or customs when your order arrives.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we add the tracking number to your order details and email it to you. Follow the tracking link to see your delivery status with the carrier. Each product page shows an estimated arrival date for your address.
