How long does production take for handcrafted orders?

Handcrafted-to-order items are made in our Istanbul workshop within 3–5 business days before shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Items in our Ready to Ship collection are stocked in our US warehouse and ship out right away.

What is the difference between Ready to Ship and Made to Order?

Ready to Ship products are already crafted and stocked in the United States — they typically arrive within a few business days. Made to Order products are cut, stitched and finished personally for you in our workshop, which adds the 3–5 day production time.

Can I request a custom engraving or personalization?

Yes. We offer laser engraving on most of our leather goods. You can add engraving directly on the product page, or contact us for a custom artwork setup.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders to the United States typically arrive within 7–12 business days after production for made-to-order items, or faster for Ready to Ship products.

What is your return or exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in original condition. Personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect. See our refund policy for details.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

Every Toprank Leather product is covered by our lifetime warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship — stitching, rivets, snaps and the leather itself. Normal wear and patina are part of the leather’s character and are not defects.

What kind of leather do you use?

We use full grain leather — the strongest, top layer of the hide — most of it vegetable-tanned. It develops a rich patina over time instead of wearing out. Read more in our guide: What is full grain leather?

How should I care for my leather goods?

Keep leather away from prolonged moisture, condition it with a neutral leather balm once or twice a year, and let it breathe. Vegetable-tanned leather darkens and softens naturally with use — that’s the patina developing.
