We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@toprankleather.com or visit your order page and select Request return. Do not send items back without first receiving return instructions.

Return shipping

US orders — Ready to Ship

Your first return is free. A prepaid return label will be provided. If you return a second item, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

US orders — Made to Order

Return shipping is free for US customers. Contact us to receive a prepaid return label.

International orders

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Non-returnable items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

—  Items with laser engraving or hot stamp personalization
—  Items with a custom thread or strap color selected at time of order
—  Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
—  Items returned without original packaging
—  Sale items
—  Gift cards

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@toprankleather.com with a photo of the issue. We will resolve it at no cost to you.

Buy with Prime returns

If you purchased using Buy with Prime, your return may be processed through the Buy with Prime return experience. Use the return link in your order confirmation email or visit your Buy with Prime order details page. Personalized, final sale, or damaged items are not eligible.

EU & UK customers

Under EU and UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. As our standard return window is 30 days, you are already covered by our policy. Items must be in original, unused condition. Personalized items are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.
