Each one is cut from full grain vegetable-tanned leather, the highest grade a hide offers. The surface is left exactly as nature made it, which means the grain you see is real and the character only deepens with use. It arrives crisp and firm, then breaks in to fit your pocket, your cards, your routine.

The secure front flap is the quiet hero here. It keeps cards and folded bills safely in place when the holder is bouncing around a bag or a back pocket — but opens with one thumb when you're standing at the register. One main compartment swallows up to 10 cards plus folded cash, and the slim profile stays slim even fully loaded.

Why it's a limited run

Some pairings we only make once.

Between made-to-order batches, the bench sometimes produces something off the menu — a leather we bought a single hide of, a thread colour we tried on a whim, a combination a customer requested and we fell for. We cut a small, numbered run, photograph it, and put it here.

Once a run sells out, we don't remake it. That's not scarcity theatre — one hide only stretches so far.
